Former Radio 1 DJ, Mark Goodier can now be heard on Smooth Radio every weekday from 10.00-13.00



Mark Goodier is one of the UK's most respected broadcasters, and most recognisable and trusted voices in British Radio today with a 25 year career in both local and national radio.

Mark is currently presenting mid-mornings on Smooth Radio in London and across the UK. Other presenter credits include BBC Radio 2, the Official Classic FM Chart Show, Smash Hits! Chart, Real Top 40 on Real Radio and various programmes for the BBC World Service.

Mark joined Radio 1 in 1987 presenting a range of programmes including Drivetime, and the Radio 1 Breakfast Show. Mark has also helped to devise and create the world famous Evening Session. 

Mark is however most associated with the UK charts as he presented the Official UK Top 40 on Radio 1 for over a decade until he left the station in 2002.
