Aled Haydn Jones is a Welsh radio producer and presenter, who started his radio career at the age of just 14!

After joining the BBC in 1999, Aled worked as a broadcast assistant on the Radio 1 Roadshow and then later became part of the launch team for Radio 1's 'One Big Sunday'.

Since January 2004 Aled has also been the producer of The Chris Moyles Breakfast Show, and also presents Radio 1's Surgery on a Sunday night. As of 2006, Aled also helps choose the music that goes on Radio 1's playlist.

In 2006 Aled swam a mile for sport relief and raised nearly £69,000. He then appeared as a contestant in the BBC series 'Celebrity Scissorhands' in aid of Children In Need.

Aled has also made a number of TV appearances, which includes being a judge on the S4C Welsh talent show Waw Ffactor, and has also appeared on Newsnight, Big Brothers Little Brother, and has been a guest presenter on Top of the Pops.

In March 2011 Aled presented the ITV2 show OMG with Peaches Geldof, and in November 2011 was a panelist on 'I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here... Now' for one week giving his views on the camp life.
